I’m an Irish documentary filmmaker and journalist. I’m currently making / have recently finished films for the New Yorker magazine, BBC Reel, Channel 4 News and AJ+.

Through my time as a freelancer I’ve picked up a fairly diverse range of skills, including shooting, editing, animation, producing, writing and research. My work ranges from one man band reportage, where I shoot, edit and produce long form news packages to creative animated interpretations of historical stories, with a whole lot in between.

I also work frequently with charities and NGOs and occasionally with commercial clients who seek a rigorous documentary approach to their project.

I’m always open for new partners to collaborate with and constantly searching for innovative ways to bring the past to life.
